Dr. Marks brought expert insight into the origins, female combatant motivations, and intelligence aspects of the Maoist insurgency. This thoughtful conversation offered a deeper understanding of the conflict’s profound and lasting impact.

We hosted a live conversation with co-authors Zakaria Zainal and Sahina Shrestha to discuss their newly released pocket-size book about the 2015 Nepal earthquake.
